Job DescriptionThoroughly review and analyze government tender documents, specifications, and scope of work for Fit-Out projects.Perform detailed quantity takeoff (BOQ) and analyze interior design and finishing engineering drawings.Source competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, and conduct thorough evaluation of their proposals.Prepare and assemble complete technical and financial proposals in full compliance with government tender requirements.Conduct cost analysis and evaluate project financial risks prior to bid submission.Manage tender submissions and track updates through the Etimad platform.Participate in pre-bid meetings and handle technical clarifications.SkillsEducation: Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of [e.g., 3?5 years] of experience in estimation and pricing for interior fit-out projects.Government Experience: Solid understanding of Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law, with hands-on experience using the Etimad platform.Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced MS Excel, and cost management software.
