Job Description

  • Promotes the company image and culture internally & externally.
  • Develops/assist in developing the pre-sales strategy to standardize the documentations system, technical proposal final layout and the archiving systems.
  • Acts as a consultant/advisor to the client on the complex technical issues and conduct presentations.
  • ˙Participates in meetings with the Head of Presales regarding partnership deals and decides on the agreements details with the vendors ensuring its accurate documentation in the signed contract.
  • ˙Review and approve the preliminary offer for high value and complex solutions configuration.
  • Transfers new lead whenever and opportunity arises to the Senior Partner Manager to conduct a research and follow-up on the outcome of the research.
  • Designs highly technical solutions and identify the potential supplier(s) list for the provided solution(s).
  • ˙Reviews and approves the technical components of the proposals ensuring the efficient integration of all configured solutions before submission to the sales team for final compilation.
  • Reviews the technical aspect of the Project Implementation plan prepared by the Project Managers ensuring it is achievable and within the set time frame.
  • Assigns his team to their projects, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • ˙Reviews and approves the checklist of the purchase order and validate its accuracy with the quotation obtained from the Purchasing & Order Processing team.
  • Provides guidance and monitors the Presales Team Leaders/Senior Pre Sales Consultants in writing the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the identified Managed Accounts upon client request.
  • Prepares on monthly basis Activities Report highlighting key areas of the presales operations and submit to the Head of Presales for info.
  • Leads a monthly meeting with his team to get an overview of the active projects and solve occurring problems.
  • Evaluates the performance of his direct subordinates.
  • Reviews and approves the performance evaluation reports prepared by his subordinates for their team and submits them to the Head of Presales for approval.
