Knowledge & experience in ICT, ELV & AV systems as well as (Lighting Control Systems, Home Automation Systems GRMS, CCTV, Security, Key Management Systems, IPTV, Data, Public Address Systems, BMS, IP-Tel, Fire Alarm, Central Battery System, UPS, Intercom, Wiring Device, Audio Video, PMS, Parking Management System).
Experience in hotel, residential & commercial segment
Work closely with a range of vendors and other senior stakeholders
Work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and the end client
Preformed engineering for the ICT, ELV & AV systems
Create a bill of quantities and approach the vendors with a complete RFQ
Tendering and preparing quotations
Provide technical support & presentation to end client to specify the systems
Teamwork and team management
Pre- Sales experience in the Saudi market
Excellent communication (English/Arabic) and negotiation skills
Achieving the budget management
Skill to build a strong relationship with the customer, consultant, and the end client.
