General The Pre-Sales Specialist will work closely with the Business Development team members on new sales opportunities.Specific

To work closely with the sales and business development team on all enquiries and proposals
Review Bids and Tender documents and advise the team about the project opportunities.
Attend customer meetings with the sales team as technical expert.
Make site surveys to understand the actual status of site conditions as part of the tender costing preparation.
Prepare detailed cost sheet for the bids / tenders and discuss with the team for any further clarifications.
Handle customer enquiries / request for quotation (RFQ) , review and identify technical requirements / devices / equipment as per RFQ , Prepare accurate and cost effective offer
Coordinate with the product suppliers and project team as necessary for the preparation of tender costing.
