As a Pre-Sales Engineer specializing in Car Park Management Systems at IDEX Services Co, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements and providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process. Your role will involve presenting and demonstrating our solutions to potential clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our car park management systems.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives related to car park management systems.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical features and benefits of our solutions.- Act as a technical consultant, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a clear understanding of our car park management offerings.- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our car park management systems, staying informed about industry trends.- Design and build solutions based on client?s needs and requirement, this includes, but not limited to, generate bill of quantities, design concepts, pricing schedule and preparing technical proposals.- Conduct site surveys and requirement collection process.- Preparation of technical proposals, documentation, and responses to client requests for clarifications.- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.- Travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations.
