We are seeking a highly qualified Practical Training Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Practical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs for our employees that align with our organizations goals and objectives. You will work collaboratively with other HR professionals to identify skill gaps, develop engaging training materials, and deliver effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for employee development and a proven track record of success in designing and delivering training programs.Responsibilities
