Job Description

Postprocessor Engineer will be responsible of site SSV acceptance to Huawei optimizer. He will send DT team to sites after PAT have done. He will coordinate with DT team and collect require respective log files from TD engineer. He will troubleshoot with DT team and Huawei optimizer if needed.Job Responsibility:

  • Hands-on experience in Genex Probe, Actix analyzer, Genex assistant, Gladiator/Nemo Analyzer/TEMS Discovery (Depending on which tool being used)
  • Automation of Reports in the above tools by Scripting.
  • Understanding of Layer messages in LTE/5G.
  • Working in a Post-processing role for LTE/5G log files.
  • Rectifying customer complaints regarding coverage and quality and providing feedback to the operator.
  • Find the causes of the Call Drops, Blocked Calls, and Handover Failures, Coverage gaps, and poor throughput and resolving it.
  • Need to finish DT in one go. Solve the issues of sites with DT team and Huawei optimization.
  • Aware of uses of scanner and spectrum analyzer.
  • Preparation of 5G/SSV/PHU DT Reports.
  • Ensure client satisfaction?
