? Monitors POS CS Coordinator?s daily activities in handling service requests for POS Installations, Maintenance, Replenishment and Pull-Outs for all Banks within their assigned account and ensures services are always provided according to Surepay standards.? Work hand in hand with the POS CS Manager in managing POS CSD to its full potential to provide good quality customer support services to all banks.? Reports any potential infringements of service quality, to the POS CS Manager.? Ensures accuracy of data entry in the system by POS CS Coordinators.? Monitor and ensures Completed Service Reports are placed in System within a maximum of 24 hours from providing any Service.? Bachelor , Master?s Degree in Business Administration field? Minimum 5 years? experience.? Experience in POS Maintenance Service is an advantage.? Self-motivated, self-starter who has strong technical skills analysis is an advantage.? Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Outlook.? Ability to work with people and provide training wherever necessary.
