Job Description

The PDR Technician is a skilled professional specializing in removing minor dents, dings, and hail damage from vehicle exteriors. With precision and expertise, utilize specialized tools and techniques to restore the cars body panels to their original condition, preserving the factory paint.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis:˙Carefully assess the extent and location of dents and hail damage to determine the most suitable PDR techniques for repair.
  • Tool Selection and Techniques:˙Select and expertly use a variety of PDR tools (rods, levers, equipment, lighting) to access and manipulate the damaged areas from behind the vehicles panels.
  • Metal Manipulation:˙Apply controlled pressure and precise techniques to reshape the metal back to its original form without compromising the paint finish.
  • Quality Assurance:˙Conduct rigorous inspections to ensure the repair flawlessly restores the vehicles surface, matching the original contours and achieving a seamless finish.
  • Time Management:˙Work efficiently and independently to complete repairs within estimated timeframes and to high quality standards.
