Job Description

  • Managing projects: Overseeing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Managing processes: Implementing and managing the day-to-day processes and methodologies of the PMO
  • Managing standards: Defining and maintaining the companys standards for the project process
  • Managing staff: Supervising the work of the PMO staff
  • Analyzing data: Working with financial data to ensure costs are within budget
  • Improving processes: Working to improve the processes of the PMO and the processes used by project managers
  • Managing documentation: Managing the standards and documentation for the PMO
