Is the engine behind and key responsible for (E)PMOs standards definition process
Sets overarching (E)PMO policies, standards and procedures and ensures their compliance across Corporate (in alignment with and under guidance of the EPMO Manager, in coordination
with O&M PMO and TAP PMO)
Promotes continuous improvement and advises on (E)PMO best practices, tools & processes
Launches and conducts continuous improvement cycles:
Quarterly review of lessons learnt and customer satisfaction surveys from projects to ensure relevance and excellence of PMO services
Yearly (international) benchmarking of PMO practices, trends and developments to ensure corporate master-class ambition achievements
Quick fix improvements out of regular cycles identified personally or by any stakeholder / service recipient
Identifies capabilities gaps across the corporate PMO organizations (EPMO, TAP, O&M), develops tailored training plans and ensures their methodological and content compliance with requirements
Provides / organizes tailored trainings across the PMO organizations to close capabilities gaps (alone, with external provider if necessary)
Creates a corporate PMO community to enable knowledge transfer and share lessons learned across the corporate organization (e.g. regular workshops, off-site events, invitation of external speakers / experts), supports EPMO Manager in his endeavor in this respect
Runs regular assessments of corporate (E)PMO maturity and compliance with procedures, delegates assessments to PMOs and reviews their outcomes
Ensures on-line library is of official documents, tools, processes, etc. is up-to-date and available
Ensures communication of changes to PMO tools, processes, etc. is clear and timely delivered to the recipients at counter-part PMOs
Is fully available for consultations to his/her colleagues from (E)PMOs or individual projects if required
Promotes ?safety first? policy and ensure inclusion of high HSE standards (E)PMO standards
