-Design/Develop and implement forms, workflow and reports in project / programs? PMIS (Project Management Information System) which is typically either Oracle Unfiier, PMWeb or -Aconex, and provide comprehensive progress updates to the PARSONS PMIS Lead and/or Project Manager.-Identify opportunities for improved, particularly in terms of efficiency, workflows in respect of both Engineering and Business (incl. Project Management, Controls, etc) processes.-Work with Project / Program management to implement any corrective / improvement measures.-Support other managers in the definition and creation of their requirements, workflows, forms and reports;-Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.-Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.-Ensure all design/developed and implemented in accordance with RC and contract requirements.-Ensure all work is undertaken in accordance with the contract and any potential changes i-identified and recorded, documented and (if executed) notified to the client, and the necessary approvals sought, in advance.
