Prepare proposals to existing and new clients.
Liaise with vendors to assist them with appraisals for their equipment at auctions.
Help clients with the right methods of disposing their surplus and idle assets.
Establish and document a system of updating asset register details, replacement cost values and fair values for good asset management, insurance and financial reporting.
Establish depreciation schedules for use with Asset Management long term financial planning and whole of life cycle costing.
Help the client estimate asset renewal intervention levels and maintain the desired level of services of the assets.
Train Client Staff on Asset Register Data Collection, Condition Grading, Valuation Techniques and Good Asset Management Principles.
