Duties and ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryResponsible for supporting planning and development efforts pertaining to regularly updating HR policies and procedures on regular basis, reviewing PSCC salaries, providing HR statistical reports, maintaining up-to-date job descriptions and ensuring that there are job descriptions for all positions.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsures through his/her actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the Prince Sultan Cardiac Center.Assist the Head of Planning and Development in conducting and preparing statistical reports, research projects and a variety of correspondence.Provide information regarding job descriptions, policies and procedures.Liaise with the Head of Planning and Development and the HR System Coordinator to analyze the impact of applying various formulae in the Human Resources Department.Organizes and facilitates the PSCC Orientation program. Presents the Human Resource lecture and other lectures as necessary at the Orientation program.Maintain the Employee Handbook and update as required.Conduct salary surveys to ensure that competitive remuneration packages are established.Evaluate new and existing jobs/positions by appraising duties, responsibilities, education and experience requirements.Develops, circulates and compiles employee satisfaction surveys. Presents results in a concise and informative manner.Determine appropriate classification and salary levels.Develop job descriptions to accurately describe job content and ensure compliance with applicable administrative Policy and Procedure.Gathers information on workplace factors that affect staff morale, motivation and efficiency and report findings to Head of Planning and Development.Coordinates with Department Heads regarding the updates of s.Updates the PSCC Human Resources Policies and Procedures in accordance to proper implementation of workflow.Excellent ability to exercise sound independent judgment and effectively manage time and resources with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills.Have knowledge of quality improvement principles as well as assessment techniques.Prepares a list of actions of any changes in the MSR and assures its proper implementation.Serves on PSCC committees as requested.Performs other related duties as required.Education/LicensureEssential: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Hospital Administration or related field.Desirable: Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Hospital Administration or related field.Professional ExperienceEssential: Two (2) years of recent experience working in a medium to large health care facility in Human Resources Department.Essential: Experience in HR?s system.Essential: Experience in a healthcare environment.
