Job Description

Role Summary:The role holder works with the industrial security department management and associated staff for the purpose of conducting performance analyses, developing and evaluating programs, and exchanging information with the staff of Finance, Contracting, and Human Resources Department ensuring that problems are resolved.Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Provides work direction to Planning Specialist assigned staff personnel.
  • Provides financial expertise in developing assumptions and objectives for departmental planning efforts.
  • Coordinates the development, preparation, and analysis of manpower, capital and expense budgets, and other major reports as required.
  • Analyzes department operating cost and performance reports and conducts special studies to establish cost performance objectives.
  • Identifies opportunities to reduce costs by improving the utilization of resources and increasing performance.
  • Identifies areas having special opportunities for improving performance.
  • Develops, maintains, formats and presents data for management control purposes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, such as the coordination of recruitment and training programs.
