Planning EngineerJob Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaResponsibilities:•Develop daily and monthly production plans based on factory requirements.•Create and review work schedules and allocate resources to meet production objectives.•Monitor factory operations and provide regular reports to management on progress and needs.•Use software such as AutoCAD to design engineering layouts related to production planning.•Analyze current performance and suggest improvements to optimize processes and reduce costs.•Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.•Ensure timely availability of materials and resources required for production.•Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in planning processes.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.•Previous experience in working within manufacturing plants (preferably in production or operations).•Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing and planning layouts of facilities or equipment.•Strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.•Excellent communication and organizational skills.•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Required Experience:•Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and production planning tools.Preferred Skills:•Knowledge of project management or process improvement techniques.•Ability to work as part of a team and meet set goals.
