Job Description

  • Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
  • Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to define project scope and activities.
  • Analyze project plans and identify critical path activities.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
  • Identify potential schedule delays and develop recovery plans.
  • Prepare progress reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with project plans.
  • Utilize earned value management (EVM) techniques for performance measurement.
  • Conduct resource allocation and leveling.
  • Support change management processes and update project schedules accordingly.
