Planning Engineer

Urgent for well-known company in KSA/Riyadh need the following position:

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans and schedules based on project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Identify project milestones, deliverables, and critical paths to ensure timely completion.
Estimate resources, time, and costs required to complete each phase of the project.

Monitor project progress and performance against the established schedule.
Identify potential delays, bottlenecks, or conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure adherence to schedule milestones and deadlines.

Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
Anticipate resource needs and adjust schedules as necessary to maintain project momentum.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience as a planning engineer or similar role in project management.
Proficiency in project management software tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
