Duties and ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryProvides assistance in the identifying, evaluating and writing of Human Resource (HR) related work tools. Gathers information pertaining to the attitude of staff members towards duties, supervisors and physical work environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsures through his/her actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the Prince Sultan Cardiac Center.In conjunction with the Head of Planning and Development will prepare job descriptions from interviews with position incumbents, questionnaires, observations of work and discussions with Supervisors and Department Heads.Interviews staff to gather information on job duties, supervisors and physical work environment in order to facilitate the job reclassification process.In conjunction with Head of Planning and Development, will meet with Department Managers and Head Nurses to discuss possible actions to be taken in an effort to resolve workplace issues.Inspects work environments to ensure that required workplace actions or changes are implemented. Interviews staff to determine reactions to specific initiatives.Gathers information on workplace factors that affect staff morale, motivation and efficiency and reports findings to Head of Planning and Development.Prepares statistical and progress reports as directed.Develops, circulates and compiles employee satisfaction surveys. Presents results in a concise and informative manner.Performs other related duties as required.Education/LicensureEssential: Minimum Two (2) years Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Hospital Administration or related field.Professional ExperienceEssential: Three (3) years? experience (for Diploma Degree holder) or Fresh Graduate (for Bachelor Degree holder).
