The B2B Manager will play a vital role in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth. This position requires a strategic and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of B2B sales and marketing dynamics. The B2B Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, establish, and nurture relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth.Responsibilities: ? Identify target markets, conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.? Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, Schools/Government NGOs and other strategic tie-ups and understanding their business goals and needs and providing tailored solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention.? Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including local schools and universities, suppliers, distributors, and channel partners, to expand the companys reach and enhance service offerings.? Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation within the B2B segment.? Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on B2B sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.? Driving all conversations continuously throughout the process, i.e., cold calls, weekly pipeline update calls and sales strategy meetings, regarding future projected closings? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and targeted lead generation initiatives.
