SummaryAssists pharmacists in th epreparation and distribution of drugs, medicaltion and intravenous admixtures.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Assists pharmacist in filling pharmacy requisitions, cassette fillings, and in maintaining records.2. Assists with preparation of sterile products3. Pre-package tablets and capsules using an automatic unit dose or tablets. capsules counting machine. Label the pre-packaged products and complete appropriate records4. Assists in the manufacture of capsules.5.Operate manufacturing equipment.6.Follow worksheet to prepare products.7.Distributes filled orders to nursing unite or other departments, as required.8.Maintains proper inventory of drugs and supplies.
