Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Personal Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious and healthy meals for our client, while ensuring the highest level of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a creative approach to menu planning. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our client to cater to their specific dietary needs and preferences.Responsibilities:

  1. Create customized menus based on the clients dietary requirements, preferences, and restrictions
  2. Plan, prepare, and cook meals according to the clients schedule, ensuring timely delivery
  3. Source and select the freshest and highest quality ingredients for each meal
  4. Assist with grocery shopping and maintain an organized inventory of ingredients
  5. Ensure that all meals are prepared and presented in a visually appealing manner
  6. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  7. Manage and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  9. Stay up to date with culinary trends and techniques
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience working as a Personal Chef or in a similar role
  2. Degree or certification in culinary arts or a related field
  3. Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
  4. Ability to create innovative and delicious dishes
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  6. Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Ability to work independently and take initiative
  9. Flexibility to accommodate the clients schedule and dietary needs
  10. Working knowledge in English required
