They are what we believe, what customers can expect, and how we deliver.Position Summary:Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) is a national holding company owned 100% by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), the sovereign wealth fund owned by the KSA. SAMI was established in 2017 to develop the military infrastructure necessary to support the Saudi Vision 2030 aim of localizing military spending to at least 50% by the end of the decade. It commenced operations in January 2018 and is considered a new start-up company within in KSA.**SAUDI NATIONALS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY**You must be able to obtain and maintain a Saudi Work Visa and relocate to Riyadh on a full-time basis. If required, conduct business visits in the interim.Primary Responsibilities:Help the SAMI delivery teams in the preparation of Land Use permits necessary to start the construction work.Help the SAMI delivery teams in any communication documentation with Government Affairs and external agencies having jurisdiction.Coordinating and expediting permits and letters of authorization for construction activities.Identify when permits are required and ensure permits are available to not delay construction activities.Coordination and notifications for all stakeholders, primary and third party.Data entry and maintenance of database of action items arising from permit reviews and applications and following through on these actions through to completion.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Knowledge of infrastructure, building and manufacturing projects and interfaces and permit requirements will arise.Past experience in Stakeholder management.Good MS Office skills, particularly with PowerPointGood communication skills (English) written and verbalAble to operate independently with minimal supervisory direction.Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience is preferred.Shaping tomorrow togetherBechtel is one of the most respected global engineering, construction, and project management companies.
