Job Purpose: To lead the performance assessment and reporting functions of SAR, ensuringcomprehensive, timely, and actionable insights are provided to Budget Planning and Control Director.Responsibility:? Drives the analysis of company performance against set KPIs, highlighting areas of improvement.? Provides tools, templates, and guidance for the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecastsfor individual Business Units/Departments.? Monitors actual performance against budgets, preparing periodic reports highlighting key findings.? Ensures compliance with budgeting and reporting policies and regulations.? Extracts and provides pertinent financial data as required by Management or other key stakeholders.? Analyzes data variances, offering insights and recommendations for the future.? Maintains and enhances financial models, tools, & templates to support financial planning andreporting.? Offers valuable insights from performance data to inform the strategic decisions of the BudgetPlanning & Control Department.? Tracks performance against budget, providing regular feedback and proposing areas of improvement.
