We are looking for a Head of KSA ? Performance Marketing to help us build on our success in theMENA region. Key aspects of the role include delivering in-channel excellence for our clients,developing our approach, and ensuring staff across KSA align, whilst also spearheading innovationand development of our paid media services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the AssemblyMENA adventure and to play a key role in supporting the ongoing growth and development of aglobal omnichannel agency.Some of the things we?d like you to do:Own all paid media activation across KSA, leading teams consisting of performance anddigital marketing specialists.Serve as a mentor, ensuring personal and talent development of our people is prioritised. Identify client needs, resource requirements and opportunities then make hiring decisionsand scale teams as required.Develop and enhance our paid media proposition and approach, with a view to driving aconsistent offering across the KSA market whilst allowing for local nuances in each market.Bring strategic leadership to key clients in the region and act as a point of escalation whererequired.Take a hands-on involvement in key pitches to help sell our products and services. Collaborate with colleagues in other regions to develop our global paid media viewpointenabling cross-selling and collaboration.
