Our client:Our client is an end-to-end performance management software built for the future of work. They are looking for a performance management consultant who will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from performance management consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment.Your Responsibilities:Problem Solving & Solution Development:Defining client?s problem, structuring and prioritizing issues based on business objectivesData driven analyses of the problem, solution development using data modelling, industry benchmarking and quantitative techniquesPresent findings and suggestions to influence key stakeholders with ample justification and practical adviceProject Management and Delivery:Managing projects and progress, including tracking metrics, handling complex analysis & preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadershipWorking side by side with the client?s teams on each engagement, helping tackle key challenges and ensure alignment in overall project deliveryIdentifying implementation challenges and developing practical recommendations for each customer contextClient Account Management:Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clientsBecoming a trusted client counsellor by understanding specific client needsSupervisory Responsibility:Responsible for leading implementation teams and indirectly responsible for all employees within the teamQualifications:Bachelor?s degree from an accredited institution (MBAs will be preferred)At least 5 years of experience; prior experience in Consulting, Program/Project Management, Performance Management and Analytics would be an added advantageExperience in data systems, data systems management, data process flow and data warehousing is preferredAbility to understand and apply advanced analytical solutions in different client contextSelf-starter with a strong academic background and highly skilled problem-solving abilities (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)Entrepreneurial and creative with a strong interest in delivering impact to clientsSuperb communications skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to people at all levelsHigh level of integrity, empathy and resourcefulness when it comes to working with clients and colleaguesInspirational leader with the ability to motivate others, to gain the respect of clients and colleagues, and to work collaboratively in a team settingMust be fluent in English.
