Responsible for technical oversight and implementation of Pega solutions
Responsible for developing optimal architecture and design for the applications/solutions Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team to design, develop and optimize business processes across the Pega platform
Assist in requirement analysis and risk mitigation planning throughout the iteration/project lifecycle
Oversee and lead the aspects of design, coding, QA, support, integration and implementation of Pega applications
Develop and document reusable design and implementation methodologies, tools and frameworks that can be leveraged across projects
Perform code review for the developed Pega solutions and ensure the coding standards are met
Regularly assess and review system architecture/design for both new and existing applications to ensure the design guidelines and standards are met
Involve in developing custom system integration components based on business.
