Job Description

  • Payroll lifecycle(Manual)
  • Validate the Monthly Payroll to the finance department & interPersonal account payment/deductions to finish the Payroll.
  • Experience in ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX - Payroll.
  • Knowledge of KSA Labor Law.
  • Organize the priorities of the task to be processed in time.
  • Verification of documents in new employee?s files to upload in Employees Master Data.
  • Confirm the GOSI calculation to Finance Department for PaymentVacation Calculation / Final Settlement/ Expense Claims & Perdiems
  • Manpower Cost Analysis Report
  • Vacation Payment, and End of Service Benefits (EoSB) calculation based on labor law.
