Job Description

A Payroll HR Specialist is primarily responsible for processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay.Responsibilities:

  • Processing employees? payroll
  • Update policies regarding payroll
  • Maintain personnel database
  • Checking timesheets for accuracy
  • Entering data into databases and spreadsheets
  • Acquiring all necessary signatures to distribute payroll
  • Handling leaves and end of service entitlements for employees
  • Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense
