Job PurposeProcessing timely payments for supplier, participating in reconciling account payable transactions with general ledger, filing Zakat and TAX and monitoring cash flow and expenses to maintain cash flow position of the FoundationDuties and Responsibilities1.Policies and Procedures?Assists with the development and implementation of the Foundations Financial Policies and Procedures.?Studies the Financial policies and procedures Manual and adheres to the policies and procedures laid out in the manual.?Exercises accounting practices over accounting and financial transactions and ensures their proper validation in line with Foundation policy and procedures?Helps in testing and updating recent ERP softwares implementation and makes sure of its alignment with the Foundation policies2.Account Payable Operations ?Processes and follows up on all Foundation expenses and payments.?Performs monthly payment requests, applying payments and assisting suppliers.?Reviews and verifies data entry for accuracy.?Receives the invoice and receiving/acceptance report and verifies the completeness of documents, approvals and discrepancies.?Matches vendor invoices with purchase order/contract, receiving/acceptance report and other supporting documents.?Receives supporting documents related to debiting the supplier account.?Responds and handles vendor inquiries; reviews vendor accounts and resolves issues such as invoicing discrepancies and incorrect information on the account.?Ensures all documents that support the recording of transactions in the general ledger are presented.?Participate in preparing summaries of balances, cost information or other statements and reports, and reviews them for accuracy, as requested.?Participates in filing Zakat, VAT and withholding TAX in accordance with regulations3.Related Assignments ?Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.Qualifications?Saudi National?Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.?2 - 3 years of experience in payable accounting
