Target Location ( Jeddah - Dammam - Riyadh ) KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Prepare order schedules and submit to RPM for review.
Submit weekly SO, VOR & EME orders.
Keep service & sales counters informed about the E.T.A?s for the VOR parts.
Correspond with National team & inform of orders delayed beyond 15 days for VOR/EO & SO beyond 45 days.
Prepare initial reviews for new models depending on U.I.O?s in the region.
Work towards achieving a service level of >85% ? 92% in the region. Work with IT department & RPM to generate a report for A.B.C category items going below minimum stocking levels.
Maintain budgeted inventory levels & good mix of fast, slow-moving parts.
Replenishment order to be prepared as per weekly schedule & monitor invoiced percentage.
Constant touch with National Inventory team & get pre alerts on invoiced Recall parts, Batteries & Oils, These category of parts will not be distributed as per ICT?s but by manual intervention of the ordering team & CPD.
VOR parts are ordered with a surcharge of 15%. Closely monitor the receipts on VOR / EO to ensure that parts are sold & not on shelf.
Liaise with the sales team in the region & ensure that the C,S,& I status parts are deleted from the WIP?s to ensure delivery of maximum items through the replenishment process.
