DescriptionWe are hiring for an Organization Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our organizational effectiveness and supporting employee growth and development.As an Organization Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and facilitating effective onboarding programs, overseeing performance management processes, and identifying training and development needs. You will collaborate with leadership to create succession plans and implement strategies to boost employee engagement and retention.Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Design and implement effective onboarding programs to help new hires acclimate to the company culture and their roles.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, provide guidance on setting performance goals, and ensure constructive feedback mechanisms are in place.
  • Employee Development: Identify training and development needs, create training programs, and support career progression initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Succession Planning: Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
