About the role:?Our client, a well-known FMCG organization is looking to add an Organizational Development Director. Your role is to shape, deliver and embed organizational development strategies, learning and best practices to build a culture that aligns with the clients values and aims and will achieve sustained high performance and an excellent working environment. As part of the HR leadership team, this role will be accountable for driving the strategic people agenda for the Sales, Marketing, and Commercial functions in order to deliver business goals, while ensuring a sustainable and healthy organization. This will include partnering on ongoing business transformation and cultural evolution in a dynamic internal and external environment. As a senior HR leader, you will be expected to help the organization navigate the change and build the capabilities and talent pipeline needed for the future.Your role:?Organizational Design - to better leverage common elements across the organization and deliver joined-up working with the teams.?Develop and execute a talent strategy to support the business partners strategic agenda.?Drive people planning within business partner functions.?Lead, plan and execute organization development initiatives as needed by the commercial functions, such as organization design, change management, organizational effectiveness programs, employee coaching, career development.?Proactively work with commercial functions on workforce planning, and strategic staffing
