Consider career plans for teams and departments, ensuring they have tools for success and running efficiently Support with the set up of new subsidiaries organisational structure and manpower plansBe the go-to expert on organisational design and development to the entityProfilePrevious experience as an Organisational Design Consultant with Big 4, Management Consultancy is a MUSTExperience working client side is also preferred so you have an appreciation of both sidesOperational experience of organisational design and change managementStrong communication skills and be able to build positive working relationshipsCredible and knowledgable in your field, the go to expertPlease note - this is not a generalist HR role and candidates only with specialist OD experience will be considered.Job OfferThe role is based in Riyadh, KSA.
