Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Implement Oracle application modules
  • Oracle Projects Costing
  • Oracle Projects Billing
  • Oracle Projects Contracts
  • Oracle Sub-Contractors Customization ( Payment Certificate)
  1. Gather and evaluate business requirements.
  2. Analyze business processes and operational functions to determine solutions delivery requirements.
  3. Produce Implementation documents.
  4. Provide end user training manuals, and create testing Scenarios
  5. Provide user support and training.
  6. Continually seek and recommend system enhancements and improvements through the ERP.
  7. Participate in project rollouts and implementations.
  8. Ensure best utilization of Oracle E-Business suite.
  9. Report incidents and provide periodic status reports.
  10. Setup new operating unit with complete project costing, billing and contracts required setups.
  11. Pre-Approved Expenditure Batches to generate allocate project cost.
  12. Project Cost Allocations rules for the allocation of projects? overheads.
  13. Revenue generation and recognition process includes:
  14. ˙Periodic revenue generation
  15. ˙Non-periodic revenue generation.
  16. ˙Revenue generation based on Percentage of completion (PoC).
  17. Manual revenue generation and correction.
  18. Billing and collection processes includes:
  19. Create Payment Certificates through custom payment certificate module.
  20. Manual billing events.
  21. Billing and collection follow up with the owner through follow up module.
  22. Create and maintain Project Budgets (Cost, revenue, deductions).
  23. Define and maintain the Projects Delivery Provisions.
  24. Create and Setup Contracts.
  25. Create and maintain Security in Contracts and Projects.
  26. Contracts, Funding, and Baseline.
  27. Support users to solve day-to-day technical and operation issues.
  28. Conduct end user and key user training on Oracle Project costing, billing and contracts modules and project business flows.
  29. Period-end Closing, corrections, and adjustment Processes.
  30. Know the integrations with PR, PO, INV, AP, AR and GL.
