Oracle Projects?Fusion:?????????Should have Overall experience of 2+ years on Cloud Project Portfolio Management Support/ Implementation Experience.?????????Excellent knowledge in Project Porfolio Management (Foundation, Costing, Controls, Billing and Contract)?????????Experience in debugging issues, working with product support, working with other module functional and technical teams.?????????Interact directly with key business users and resolve issues in Prod. Advise and implement enhancements to make oracle product using best practice & standards.?????????Should be good at analyzing support issues and come up with plans to reduce ticket count like proposing enhancements, providing proper training and documents to users on user understanding issues, identify issues because of other modules and propose new enhancement requests to oracle for more user friendly oracle as a ERP product. ?????????Extensive experience in data reconciliation and have good understanding on standard integration with oracle PPM module.?????????Excellent communication skills-Should be able to drive meetings with business and team members.?????????Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.?????????knowledge in Fusion Financial (GL, AP, AR) & SCM (Procurement, Inventory) Modules. ?????????Ability to prepare various project documents like Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, Test Scripts, Training materials.?????????Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.Oracle Supply Chain (SCM) :?????????Map the requirements against Oracle Fusion SCM & Procurement Modules.?????????Provide support to the users for day to day issues.?????????Enhance the existing application and configure new solutions as required.?????????Gather the functional requirements for enhancement and new solutions.?????????Prepare the requirement documents, solution design documents, test scripts, presentations and user manuals.?????????Data loading and validation.?????????Work with technical team for custom reports / development. ?????????Extract and analyze data from BI.?????????Liaison with consultants of other domain to map the requirements containing multiple domains.Conduct user trainingsOracle Financial Functional?:?????????Work with Finance business process owners and relevant Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements to functional solutions related to Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA)?????????Partners with relevant Finance Process Owners to prioritize and implement enhancements.?????????Ensures defining and meeting Service Level Agreements with relevant stakeholders.?????????Work in a functional capacity to design and deliver Financials systems and solutions.?????????Provide functional support to the users for day to day issues.?????????Enhance the existing application and configure new solutions as required.?????????Collect requirements for building and supporting business applications?????????Analyze and design short and long term solutions for the CLIENTs Billing, Revenue and Finance systems?????????Must have a good understanding of Procure to Pay cycle.?????????Plan and Perform various test cycles like integration testing, and system testing?????????Plan, organize and conduct workshops to facilitate discussions and decisions for building business applications.?????????Work with other business systems analysts and the development team in converting the business solution into functional designs?????????Create and manage documentation as appropriate related to creation of desktop manuals, test scenarios, test conditions, and test scripts?????????Liaison with consultants of other domain to map the requirements containing multiple domains.?????????Extract and analyze data from BI.?????????Must have a good understanding of Accounting.Oracle Fusion HCM?:?????????In support of this the role will also own talent management data integration with other systems and legacy systems talent management data migration.?

• Responsible for setup and maintain payroll costing and costing to GL integration

?????????Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle Cloud Goal Management, Performance Management, and Talent Review and Succession Planning to meet the requirements of the business, Fusion Cloud Saas , HCM core, Payroll, Fast Formula, Benefits, Absence Management, Approval Hierarchy & Time and Labor, OTBI and HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, PBL, Security, Costing integration with financial modules.

• Support payroll team while they are generating payroll
• Guide technical consultants to support functional users in the day-to-day activities.

?????????Seek, introduce, and support leading practice IT HR processes?Report and highlight work stream risks and issues to the project management team
