Role and Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and leadership to branch supervisors, ensuring efficient and effective delivery, fulfillment, and customer service operations across multiple branches.- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline processes and optimize productivity.- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics (delivery performance, order fulfillment, incident rate) and address any issues or bottlenecks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, growth, and category management to improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance operational processes, systems, and technologies.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including health and safety guidelines.- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.- Oversee inventory management and forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations management.- Act as a point of escalation for resolving complex issues and complaints related to operations.- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives and plans for business growth and expansion.- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management.Key Competencies- Strong managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.- Solid understanding of supply chain and fulfillment processes, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery logistics.- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant software and tools for operational reporting and performance tracking.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.- Fluency in English and Arabic. Qualifications and Education Requirements- Bachelors degree in business administration, supply chain/operations management, or a related field.- At least 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
