Identifies current and potential internal and external risks in the projects and ensures mitigation by initiating timely preventive action to avoid project delays.
Prepares all necessary contract documentation and deliverables for planning and risk management purposes.
Conducts interface management and reporting between different functions to ensure holistic planning oversight.
Conducts all necessary transfer management activities and ensures capabilities building for handover from operator to SAR.
Prepares and negotiates contracts and identifies changes and additions in agreements with relevant stakeholders.
Tracks progress on different projects and integrate different statuses to produce reports on costs and timelines.
Identifies the various project stages and life cycle (i.e. Initiation, planning, execution handover and closure) and the related main process/sub-processes to ensure the timely execution and completion of each stage.
Oversees the development of the contingency plans related to projects and provides appropriate recommendations for review and approval by concerned parties.
Liaises with key stakeholders both within and outside the organization to ensure all project-related matters are addressed and managed efficiently.
Reviews and proposes revisions to the project plans, as appropriate, to manage any change in circumstances.
Oversees and manages technical projects to ensure effective delivery of projects in line with the stated objectives, timelines, and requirements.
