On behalf of a global Fast-Food chain, we are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to be based in Riyadh.

You will be responsible for achieving targets set by the business plan and employee performance management.
Provideleadership to ensure a consistently high-quality product and excellent guest service withindesignated multiple outlets and high-volume franchise operations.
Direct responsibilities includemanaging both the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.
Accountable for the business performance of the restaurants and maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.
Actively contribute to business development including new openings and identifying opportunities for staff and business development.
Build external networks to understand market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage.
Implement Company policies and regulations.
Meet Target Sales and Profit and set budgets Cash Audit and Cash Register Spot Checks.
Maintain inventory control.
Accountable for planning and execution of Store Plans.
Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control, and sales.
Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit, and staff development Planning and coordinating menus.
Accountable for Building and Equipment Maintenance.
You will provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to the entire team.
