Evaluates the degree of implementation of HS management system, HS plans and periodically reviews feedback on findings and improvement requirements.?? ???? Ensures ?adherence ?to ?set ?corporate ?policies, ?procedures ?and ?guidelines ?related ?to ?HSSE/ ?RiskManagement, and ensures proper implementation across the projects.?? ???? Ensures that all aspects of the QA/QC policy and procedures are properly implemented and ascertains that all project related work carried out by the company and subcontractors complies fully with the agreed-upon contract documents.
