Job Description

  • Ensure all processes, policies, and guidelines are implemented in conformity with ACC standards with ops executive team.
  • Ensure to have effective and very well performing team (Ops. executive).
  • Achieve the target for leasing and collection on time.
  • Assist mall manager to prepares the annual Marketing plan and budget.
  • offering the locations inside the mall for media sales and marketing.
  • Make build solid relationships with tenants and ensure adherence to ACCs standards.
  • Ensure that any request/ issue raised by tenants is logged and appropriate steps are taken to address it.
  • Assist tenant during shop fit, handover, and evacuation processes.
  • Coordinate between tenant and DD for shop delivery.
  • Feedback and confirmation about the prime location with leasing.
  • Ensure leasing plan are updated as actual.
  • Attend training courses provided by HR.
  • Ensure the mall have the required AMC and monitor the performance of service provides.
  • Ensure all service providers comply with the terms and condition of the contract.
  • Ensure common areas are well maintained {technical, cleaning and security) by ensuring regular and ad-hoc inspections are conducted as per standards.
  • Ensure critical issues are reported immediately, and follow-up solving the problem.
  • Ensure H&S inspection are conducted as per schedule (mall asset, Tenant units).
  • Following with all contractors and suppliers working in the mall.
  • Ensure all ops executive get enough information about the operation process inside the mall.
  • Chasing the tenant for point of sales and collection.
  • Coordinate with all the sections inside the malls.
