??????? Drive & deliver sales performance of assigned stores, recommend & implement cost control methods across all the P&L in addition to conducting competitor analysis.??????? Implement processes which clearly communicate personal responsibility at all levels for achievement of weekly/monthly sales targets as well as to maintain Brand identity and standards.??????? Ensure that store managers and their staff keep stores to the highest possible standards, being well organized and properly merchandised at all times and that all policies, procedures, and controls are followed.??????? Provide team with coaching, feedback & developmental opportunities to ensure that effective teams are built in each store in addition to coordinating all Arabica staff employee relations with the concerned departments.??????? Play an essential role in succession planning of high potential team through supporting & participating in training & development activities, working cohesively with Learning and Development team.??????? Liaise with the Human Resources teams to ensure staffing requirements are met & disciplinary matters are addressed appropriately??????? Ensure food safety standards are met as well as the duly implementation of local laws, health and safety regulations??????? Ensure that cash handling is carried out in compliance with company policy & procedures.??????? Understand the market to maintain competitive awareness by continuously monitoring the competition and reacting accordingly to maintain the business advantage??????? Responsible for ensuring that all customer service initiatives are in place, dealing with issues quickly and professionally??????? Develop area action plans and strategies and share them with the team with proper delegation and follow up to achieve the desired results in addition to making sure SOPs are well communicated and followed across Arabica stores.??????? Conduct Product knowledge trainings in regards to coffee knowledge, coffee preparation, equipment usage and maintenance (grinder, water filters, slayer machine, etc) all in accordance with the Brand standards and while maintaining proper documentation and updating the? Brand?s manuals.?
