The Operations Intern supports the Operations team with day-to-day office operations, event planning and execution, and marketing and communications activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, innovation, and project management. Role and Responsibilities * Support Operations team with event planning and execution, including coordinating with vendors and speakers, collating content for each event and ensuring each event runs smoothly * Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints * Support Business Development and Client Relationship Management teams with day-to-day administrative tasks, including report generation and database maintenance * Support overall team with program management trackers and bookings venues and meeting rooms Qualifications * University Student or above * Comfortable with Excel, Google DocsBi-lingual (Arabic & English)preferred*Startup experiencepreferred* Location Riyadh, Riyadh Minimum Experience Entry-level
