Job Description

Due to our continued expansion, we wish to recruit an experienced Operations Director to join our Middle East team and actively contribute to the growth and development of the business. The role would be based in KSA and will be mobile within the region.The Operations Director will be primary responsible for leading and overseeing the Operations team and ensure it meets the operational requirements and standards. This position will be working closely with the Country Managers to make sure any form of operational challenge that comes up is quickly addressed and continuously identify system improvements and working methods.Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement projects more efficiently, as per contract provisions, maintaining the desired quality, and
  • within the planned timeframe and budget
  • Manage risks in project management and mitigate them as much as possible
  • Maintain and further improve project profitability thereby profitability of the overall operation
  • Facilitate sustained growth of the operation by upholding SJ reputation in the market
  • Developing Business Strategy, business opportunities, business development of the Middle East region
  • and tracking and managing regional KPI?s in direct consultation with MD/RD & OD of SJME
  • Reporting on monthly SJME results/operations in conjunction with Country Managers and
  • Middle East Financial Controller
