You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our business, from design and manufacturing to customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient operational systems and processes to ensure seamless day-to-day management of the business.
  • Production Management: Oversee the manufacturing and production of home decor products, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Manage and optimize the supply chain, from sourcing materials to inventory management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability across all departments.
