Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the real estate operations department; the person will be responsible for conducting the overall real estate direction in alignment with the strategic directive of the company. The incumbent will be responsible to align and expand the company International?s operational activity that will lead to sustainable growth The person will have a focus on keeping ears on the ground to understand trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management.Scope 1

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
  2. Develop consistent workflows for capital expenditures across business segments and operator requests.
  3. Lead the efforts in tracking monitoring and analysing capital expenditures including those related to development and redevelopment projects to allow for more informed decision-making.
  4. Play a key role in the development and implementation of the Annual Operating Plan Support the buildout and data migration for asset level capital and operational reporting.
  5. Monitor performance of operational activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
  6. Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development.
  7. Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the facilities.
Scope 2
  1. Managing the operations across a complete portfolio of FM services.
  2. Developing the (Strategic Facility Dept. Plan) for the organisation and align it with the overall strategic plan of the organisation.
  3. Customer relation management (Clients & Tenants), by maintain a positive, productive relationship.
  4. Develop Lease contracts follow up & renewal process.
  5. Ensure successful delivery of Facilities contracts (Cost, Schedule and Quality).
  6. Develop and organise of the real estate asset database.
  7. Maximise property value and investment returns. By reducing expenditures when possible, finding the most consistent and highest sources of revenue, and mitigating liability and risk.
