Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operation Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Operation Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities of the company and ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will play a key role in coordinating between different departments, managing projects, and implementing strategies to optimize operations.Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the company.
  2. Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  3. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  4. Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Manage projects and initiatives to ensure successful implementation and completion.
  7. Provide guidance and support to the operational team members.
  8. Prepare and present reports on operational activities and performance.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience as an Operation Coordinator or similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
  3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  9. Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
  10. Experience in the private sector, preferably in a similar industry.
