Responsibilities:1) Responsible for the assignment, and tracking of the IDC ticket. Controls the operation progress of the IDC ticket and communicate with the submitter in a timely manner.2) Responsible for the implementation, feedback and promotion of the on-site tasks according to the established processes and specifications (including but not limited to technical specifications SOP , Knowledge Base and management specifications).3) Responsible for IDC on-site operation and maintenance data statistics and records4) Responsible for the technical training and assessment of on-site operation and maintenance engineers5) Responsible for regularly collecting, summarizing the on-site operation and maintenance experience. It will be submitted to the relevant person for review, and assisting in updating the Knowledge Base .6) Write and send various reports on time (such as: operation and maintenance weekly reports, etc.)7) Complete other IDC operation and maintenance work required by the IDC manager with high quality and efficiency.
