Office Manager, Saudi ArabiaAre you enthusiastic about live events? Our work will truly give you the opportunity to develop your skills and broaden your experience, leading to opportunities around the world.As an Office Manager your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • ? Provide assistance to the Office Team, with responsibilities including contacting and sourcing services such as equipment, transport, utilities and other services.
  • ? Assist the Office Team to negotiate on prices where required.
  • ? Assist the Office Team with day-to-day communications, including translation to and from English to Arabic.
  • ? Provide production coordination services as required, such as equipment transport services, buying gasses and booking equipment repairs.
  • ? When required, assist the Warehouse Team with other duties.
