Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented (Odoo Functional Engineer) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. This position requires a mix of functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer interaction capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions. - Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet company-specific needs. - Analyze and improve existing business workflows to enhance efficiency and performance. - Provide end-user training and technical support for Odoo applications. - Develop reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) within Odoo. - Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Odoo implementations. - Test and deploy new Odoo modules or features. - Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and training materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience working with Odoo ERP systems (e.g., implementation, customization, or support). - Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM. - Proven ability to analyze business processes and recommend Odoo-based solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with technical and non-technical teams. - Experience with Odoo Studio and report building tools. - Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
